Since 2015, Ten Thousand Reasons (TTR) has united Whitefield Academy students and partners—families, teachers, staff, and alumni—in collective giving, raising $653,000 to empower 44+ charities with transformative impact from Atlanta to the world
Our Mission: Celebrating 10 Years of Impact
For 10 years, Ten Thousand Reasons has empowered Whitefield Academy students to drive global change through collective giving. Each year, our partners contribute and we pool all of our donations to fund student-led grants. In the spring, students apply for these grants, and our partners vote to award them to impactful charities, continuing until the year’s funds are fully allocated. To date, we’ve awarded $653,000 to over 50 charities, fostering leadership rooted in faith and generosity. From local community projects to worldwide outreach, our mission multiplies impact—one student, one partner, one transformed life at a time
