Amor y Esperanza’s Holistic Education Program

In the impoverished communities of Quito, Ecuador, children often face barriers to quality education, proper nutrition, and healthcare, leaving them vulnerable to cycles of poverty and despair. Fundación Amor y Esperanza provides a beacon of hope through Christ-centered education, fostering spiritual growth, academic achievement, and physical well-being. For many children, the lack of these resources dims their prospects for a brighter future. A $20,000 grant from Ten Thousand Reasons, applied for by Bailey Koenig, empowered Fundación Amor y Esperanza to continue delivering high-quality Christian education, nutrition, health, and spiritual development to children in need. This initiative nurtures their potential to become lights of hope in their communities. The grant enabled Fundación Amor y Esperanza to provide:

Nutritious meals to support physical health and cognitive development, addressing malnutrition in the community.
