Amor y Esperanza 2018

Location: Quito, Ecuador

In Quito, Ecuador, children served by Fundación Amor y Esperanza (FAE) face significant barriers to education, often lacking access to modern tools that foster academic and spiritual growth. FAE provides a Christ-centered education rooted in biblical truth, offering not only high-quality academics but also meals, tutoring, and spiritual guidance to ensure every child experiences God’s love. For many in underserved communities, the absence of technology in the classroom limits their ability to develop skills and shine as lights of hope in their communities. An extraordinary $19,800 grant, applied for by Grayson Nour, and funded by an anonymous Ten Thousand Reasons (TTR) Partner family, the first TTR donation designated for a specific initiative, fully funded FAE’s effort to provide laptops and smart board technology. Guided by what feels like a divinely inspired act, this grant equips young men and women to grow in faith and perseverance, spreading the hope and love of Jesus. The grant enabled Fundación Amor y Esperanza to provide:

Laptops for students, enabling access to digital learning resources to support a high-quality, Christ-centered education.

  • Smart board technology for classrooms, enhancing interactive learning and fostering academic and spiritual development.

  • A foundation for holistic care, empowering children to become lights in their communities through faith, education, and God’s love.

Thank you to Grayson Nour, for bringing for the need, and the anonymous TTR Partner family for their Spirit-led generosity and commitment to transforming the lives of children through Fundación Amor y Esperanza’s mission!
