Childspring Intl
Supporting Childspring International’s Medical Surgery Programs
Location: Haiti and India
Impact:
In Haiti and India, countless children from impoverished communities suffer from untreated hernias and orthopedic conditions, enduring pain and mobility limitations that hinder their ability to thrive, learn, or play. Childspring International, a faith-based nonprofit founded in 2001, grew from medical missionary efforts in El Salvador to address the healthcare needs of children in developing countries. Having served over 4,600 children across 52 nations through its global medical partnerships, Childspring provides life-changing interventions. The emotional and physical toll of untreated conditions can rob these children of hope and opportunity. A $20,000 grant from Ten Thousand Reasons, applied for by Addie Ellis, enabled Childspring International to fund critical surgeries through Project 365 and Project Standing Strong, restoring health and dignity to children in Haiti and India. This grant empowered Childspring International to provide:
Funding for 20 hernia surgeries in Haiti through Project 365, alleviating pain and preventing life-threatening complications.
Support for three orthopedic surgeries in Haiti and 83 orthopedic surgeries in India through Project Standing Strong, improving mobility and quality of life.
Access to transformative medical care, enabling children to pursue brighter futures with renewed health and hope.
Thank you, Addie Ellis, for your passionate advocacy and commitment to advancing Childspring International’s mission to heal and uplift children through faith-driven medical care!
