Supporting Gilgal’s Security System Initiative

At Gilgal, a Christ-centered program in Atlanta, women working to overcome addiction find a safe haven to heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. Dedicated to educating, equipping, and empowering women to embrace a future free of drugs and alcohol, Gilgal fosters a God-honoring environment where participants can realize their fullest potential. For these women, and the staff who serve them daily, safety is paramount, yet the main campus building lacked adequate security, leaving them vulnerable. A $13,741 grant from Ten Thousand Reasons, applied for by Isabel and Grace Comstock, enabled Gilgal to install a new security system at the entrance of the main campus, ensuring a physically safe haven that complements the emotional and spiritual sanctuary Gilgal provides. This grant empowered Gilgal to provide:
