Vladimir Bryant Foundation
Location: Hiati
In Haiti, children with disabilities are often rejected by their families and society, excluded from regular schools due to lack of understanding, resources, and care for their special needs—leaving them isolated and without opportunities to learn or reach their potential.
The Vladimir Bryant Foundation is building an inclusive elementary and secondary school that welcomes every child regardless of gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, or disability, ensuring all students can fully participate in school life. A $5,000 grant from Ten Thousand Reasons, applied for by Vivian Tillman, empowered the Vladimir Bryant Foundation to expand its program by hiring two local elementary school teachers and one physical therapist.
This grant enabled the Vladimir Bryant Foundation to provide:
Two additional elementary teachers to deliver foundational education tailored to diverse learning needs.
A dedicated physical therapist to teach essential motor and fine skills, starting with basics like holding a pencil to unlock further learning and independence.
Expanded capacity in an inclusive environment, helping overlooked children experience dignity, education, and the chance to fulfill their God-given potential.
Thank you, Vivian Tillman, for your passion and dedication to advocating for these children through the Vladimir Bryant Foundation—helping them learn, belong, and thrive in Haiti!
